Customer Service Support Agent (floater) - Québec

YOUR DAILY RESPONSABILITIES

• Greet patients warmly upon their arrival at the clinic.
• Answer phone calls and serve as the filter and point of contact to direct requests.
• Provide clear and comprehensive information about the services offered.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations, as well as reminders.
• Follow up on patient files and contribute to their updates.
• Perform administrative tasks related to billing.

YOUR SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Document and update patient records with accuracy.
• Manage billing: enter data and organize documents.
• Prepare files and materials needed for professional consultations.
• Monitor appointments and ongoing files, ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved.
• Participate in the supply of medical and administrative materials for specialists.
• Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of offices and medical equipment.
