Job : Customer Service Support Agent (floater)
YOUR MISSION
As a customer service floater, you will play a key role in the Lobe clinics in the Capitale-Nationale. Your main mission: provide impeccable customer service, both over the phone and in person, while contributing to a positive experience for every patient who visits the hearing health professionals.
You will be the primary point of contact during the patients' visits. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting them professionally, answering their questions, and guiding them on the services offered. You will also be a key player in coordinating between different hearing professionals to ensure smooth and high-quality service.
YOUR DAILY RESPONSABILITIES
- Greet patients warmly upon their arrival at the clinic.
- Answer phone calls and serve as the filter and point of contact to direct requests.
- Provide clear and comprehensive information about the services offered.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations, as well as reminders.
- Follow up on patient files and contribute to their updates.
- Perform administrative tasks related to billing.
YOUR SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Document and update patient records with accuracy.
- Manage billing: enter data and organize documents.
- Prepare files and materials needed for professional consultations.
- Monitor appointments and ongoing files, ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved.
- Participate in the supply of medical and administrative materials for specialists.
- Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of offices and medical equipment.
