• Welcome patients to the clinic and assist them by providing attentive and personalized service.
• Inform patients about the services offered.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for various hearing health professionals.
• Ensure the careful updating and monitoring of each patient file.
• Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the clinic.
• Assist with the management and ordering of certain supplies.
• Perform some administrative billing tasks (including data entry and filing).
