Customer Service Receptionist – Vanier

Your Role

As a receptionist, you play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hearing health clinic. You are responsible for providing a warm welcome, managing appointment reminders, and scheduling new appointments.

Your Role

Your main responsibility will be to carry out biannual appointment reminder calls to patients — a key role in ensuring high-quality follow-up and optimal schedule management.

In addition, you will also take on the following responsibilities:

· Welcome patients with courtesy and professionalism· Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries· Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments based on patient and professional availability· Keep patient records up to date· Process billing for selected audiology items and services· Manage incoming and outgoing packages· Maintain a clean, organized, and calming front-desk area· Be a cornerstone of the clinic’s day-to-day operations

Your Profile

Education:

· Have a DEP in Secretarial Studies, a DEC in Office Technology, or an AEC in Secretarial Studies

· Minmum of 3 to 5 years in a similar role· Excellent spoken and written French· Professionalism, kindness, and patience· Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively· Strong organization, autonomy, and attention to detail· Good judgment and discretion· Willingness and ability to learn

Conditions:

· Location: Until June 2, 2025 – work from the Head Office
