As a customer service receptionist/office agent, you will put your kindness, professionalism, and sense of service to work to support the patients of the hearing health professionals affiliated with the Lobe clinics network. As the first voice heard and the first point of contact, you will help turn every interaction into a reassuring, human, and exceptional experience, fully embodying the client promise: « One call. Your Contribution
- Welcome patients with courtesy and professionalism by providing attentive and personalized service.
- Answer calls and requests for information.
- Understand the role of each hearing health professional affiliated with the Lobe clinics network (ENT specialists, audiologists, audioprosthetists, specialized educators) in order to contribute to the proper coordination and quality of services offered.
- Schedule and manage appointments for the various hearing health professionals.
- Ensure the administrative update and thorough follow-up of patient files.
- Invoice maintenance products and certain services offered to patients.
- Help maintain a welcoming, professional, and safe clinic environment focused on customer service.
- Contribute to the management and ordering of supplies and stationery.
Your Profile
- You hold a professional diploma in secretarial studies, a college diploma in office technology, or an ACS in secretarial studies.
- You have at least 3 years of customer service experience in the health care field.
- You communicate with ease and efficiency in French, both orally and in writing.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- You enjoy helping people and providing exceptional customer service, while demonstrating listening skills, empathy, and discretion.
- You are resourceful, organized, and thorough, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- You stand out for your reliability, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
- You value teamwork and collaboration.
