Your Role

Reporting to the SIO director, you will perform your duties as an SIO accounting analyst at the head office. You will need to respond to various requests related to the administrative aspect of the systems in place. We are looking for a candidate who has good knowledge of accounting and interest in systems. If you have already completed the full accounting cycle and are naturally curious with an extraordinary sense of logic, we want to meet you.

Learn the role of each hearing health professional and contribute to the good coordination and quality of services offered!

-Work closely with different departments to understand their challenges and make recommendations to improve their work efficiency with the DME Clinician.-Document, analyze, and make recommendations to achieve the desired result.-Analyze the impact of potential corrections on other platform processes.-Present the analysis and proposed improvements to the SIO director before forwarding them to the external programming team.-Assist the SIO director in monitoring conducted with the external programming team to ensure files are delivered quickly.-Test modifications once fixes are made to ensure their smoothness (ensure that the issues are actually corrected and do not hinder other functions).-Follow up with the departments concerned to inform them that the solutions to the problems have been found and implemented.-Train users in the new solutions implemented.

Document the changes on the organization's various SharePoint sites.

Profile Sought

-BAC in accounting and a certificate in business systems analysis.-DEC in administration and management - specialization in accounting and finance will also be considered.-Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a position in accounting and information management combined with a position related to accounting activities.-Knowledge of the complete accounting cycle.

Personality

-Curiosity and interest in process improvement-Resourcefulness and autonomy-Attention to detail-Must demonstrate proficiency in English and French, as this position requires effective communication with our bilingual clientele.
