YOUR FUNCTION

As a billing accounting clerk, you are the guardian and expert in billing within the hearing health sector. You are well-versed in the requirements of payers and act as a key link between the Lobe clinics, your verification team, and the payers.

Play a key role in the organization's success!

Validate billing and the elements in patient files to ensure compliance with payer organizations requirements (CNESST, RAMQ, Veterans Affairs, etc.).
Invoice payers and private organizations.
Follow up with clinics (non-compliant items and necessary corrections) as well as with the payers.
Cash and verify accounts receivable.
Balance batch closures.
Respond to clinics' billing inquiries.
All other related duties.
