YOUR ROLE
Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Advisor, working in collaboration with the recruitment firm GORH, posts all job openings for the Lobe clinic network and recruits the best candidates. The Advisor is also responsible for the planning, coordination, and operational follow-up of the Audioquoi program (talent pipeline program), ensuring a quality experience for candidates, partners, and participating clinics. More specifically:
Recruitment for clinics and head office
- Collaborate with the recruitment firm Go RH and managers to determine the recruitment needs of the various departments and clinics.
- Establish precise criteria for each position to be filled.
- Search for potential candidates through various channels, including social media and professional platforms.
- Analyze resumes and information provided by candidates.
- Conduct second-round interviews in collaboration with managers.
- Organize and coordinate the various stages of the interview process.
- Present shortlisted candidates to the managers of the departments or clinics concerned.
- Manage job posting requests.
- Develop, improve, and implement tools, processes, and systems to optimize recruitment.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote talent attraction.
- Represent the organization and actively participate in various recruitment activities, including job fairs, career fairs, and events organized by educational institutions.
- Carry out any other mandate assigned by the Senior Director of Human Resources, such as preparing various reports, dashboards, and summaries related to the talent acquisition process.
Recruitment — Audioquoi Program
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all activities of the Audioquoi program, including promotional activities, information sessions, selection interviews, clinic visits, and immersion internships.
- Ensure communication and liaison between the clinics of the Lobe network, educational institutions, external partners, and candidates.
- Seek out and attract students and potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate the selection process and interviews for candidates wishing to participate in the program.
- Collaborate on the design, organization, and facilitation of activities for students, including workshops, training sessions, and events.
- Develop and improve the tools and processes needed for the program's proper functioning and growth.
- Participate in promotion and employer branding initiatives aimed at raising awareness of the program and of careers in the hearing health field.
- Carry out any other mandate assigned by the Senior Director of Human Resources, such as preparing reports, dashboards, and summaries related to the activities and results of the Audioquoi program.

YOUR PROFILE
- Hold a bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations, business administration with a concentration in human resources, or any other discipline deemed relevant.
- Hold a minimum of three years of experience in talent acquisition, multi-site recruitment, and staffing process coordination, ideally within the healthcare sector or a clinic network.
- Must hold a valid driver's licence.
- Excellent command of spoken and written French.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- Comfort with digital tools, web platforms, and social media.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional judgment and the ability to assess candidates with discernment.
- Strong organizational skills, rigour, and the ability to manage priorities.
- Autonomy, initiative, and resourcefulness.
- Discretion and absolute respect for confidentiality.
