Lobe is a network of 60 multidisciplinary clinics across Quebec, bringing together under one roof hearing professionals affiliated with Lobe clinics who make a difference in people’s lives by breaking the isolation caused by hearing loss.

From its head office in Québec City, Lobe supports its clinics by providing high-quality services and structured guidance.

We are looking for someone who can turn strategies into meaningful messages. A strong, curious, and creative writer and an organized mind who enjoys collaborating, structuring ideas and helping them shine.

YOUR ROLE

At the intersection of content marketing, editorial development and social media, you will help bring the Lobe brand to life through relevant, human and engaging content.

You will be a key support to the marketing team, collaborating with experts across the team to bring strategies to life through content.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Content and Marketing Support

Collaborate with the marketing team to translate strategies into clear, cohesive and high-performing content.
Write and adapt a variety of marketing content, including campaigns, newsletters, blog articles, promotional tools, internal communications, advertising and more.
Serve as a writing resource to support various team projects and ensure content quality and consistency.
Contribute to content planning and ideation aligned with business objectives.

Lobe Magazine (Editorial)

Plan, coordinate and oversee the production of Lobe Magazine (3 issues per year).
Conduct interviews with affiliated professionals, ambassadors and guest personalities.
Write, edit and review magazine content in both French and English**.
Ensure editorial consistency, timeline management and the quality of the final product.

Social Media Strategy and Content

Develop and evolve the organic content strategy across social media channels.
Plan editorial calendars and create social media content.
Produce engaging content adapted to different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Stay on top of trends and propose new creative approaches.

Who We’re Looking For

You may be the right fit if you are both a strategist and a creator: autonomous, yet deeply collaborative.

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related field.
5+ years of experience in content, editorial communications or marketing.
Excellent writing and editorial skills.
Exceptional written French and strong English proficiency**.
Experience conducting interviews, simplifying complex topics and creating content.
Strong understanding of social media and content marketing.
Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple projects simultaneously.
Curiosity, sound editorial judgment, attention to detail and rigor.
Comfort with digital tools and interest in AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude Ai, etc.) to enhance content creation.
