Your role
In this role, you will make a meaningful contribution to the smooth running of ENT consultations and to patient support by providing administrative, logistical, and human support to ENT specialists.
Through your organizational skills, attention to detail, and caring approach, you will support ENT specialists in coordinating appointments, preparing files, and managing administrative follow-ups related to patients.

You will also act as a point of contact for patients by answering their questions, guiding them through the process, and ensuring they receive a reassuring, professional, and human experience.
As part of your duties, you will also help maintain a clean and safe work environment that complies with the asepsis guidelines established by the ENT specialists.
- Schedule a follow-up appointment for the patient at the end of their consultation, when requested by the ENT specialist.
- Screen clinic phone calls and emails according to the ENT specialists’ instructions.
- Create patient files and enter the required information, including the health insurance card number.
- Ensure that a consultation follow-up is sent to the referring physician.
- Prepare patient files for ENT consultation days.
- Manage and order the supplies required for ENT specialists’ activities.
- Ensure the ENT department is supplied with stationery.
- Clean and sterilize medical instruments according to the current asepsis protocol.
- Perform autoclave maintenance.
- Keep asepsis records up to date.
- Ensure the cleanliness of ENT specialists’ offices.
- Participate in meetings and activities where your knowledge is required.
- Organize the various files under your responsibility to facilitate continuity of activities in the event of an absence.
- Carry out any other responsibilities or mandates within your area of expertise.
