YOUR FUNCTION
You serve as the first point of contact for patients within our large network. Always on the other end of the line, you are ready to welcome people in a professional and enthusiastic manner. You know the role of each hearing health professional and are able to inform clients about the services offered. Additionally, you guide clients to the appropriate clinics based on the service they are seeking. In doing so, you contribute to providing the exceptional, personalized service that defines the Lobe clinic network.
YOUR DAILY TASKS
- Answering phone calls.
- Informing patients about the services offered.
- Acting as a liaison and directing calls to the correct clinic.
- Taking messages and passing them to the appropriate clinic.
- Calling patients to schedule their appointments as per the service requirements.

- Strong proficiency in spoken French
- To ensure effective communication with predominantly English-speaking clients, proficiency in English is essential
