Your role
As a Call Center Agent, you are the first point of contact for the patients across the Lobe clinics network. Always just a phone call away, you're ready to welcome people with both professionalism and warmth. You understand the roles of the various hearing health professionals and can direct calls to the appropriate clinic based on the requested service. In doing so, you help provide the outstanding personalized service that defines Lobe Clinics.
You will also be responsible for contacting patients to offer appointments based on the recommendations of professionals and patient availability.

Your main responsibility will be to make biannual follow-up calls to patients—an essential role in ensuring quality care.
In addition to this, your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling, modifying, or cancelling appointments according to patient and professional availability.
- Updating patient files.
- Answering phone calls and responding to general inquiries.
- Informing patients about the services we offer.
- Acting as a hub to direct calls to the appropriate clinic.
- Taking and forwarding messages accurately.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and calming reception area.

YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Your profile
- Education: Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in Secretarial Studies
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills:
- Proficient in spoken and written French
- Professionalism, kindness, and patience
- Positive attitude
- Ability to multitask
- Resourcefulness, organization, and attention to detail
- Good judgment and discretion
- Eagerness and ability to learn
- Knowledge of English is an asset
