YOUR FUNCTION

The customer service support agent answers calls received by our call center. He knows the Lobe clinic network inside out and can answer all patient questions. This work gives you the chance to contribute to the improvement of a department in evolution. It is an integral part of a team where benevolence, respect, strong team spirit, rigour and innovation reign.

Here's how you will contribute to the satisfaction of our customers:

  • Act as a contact person by answering the phone
  • Responding to client requests (phone, email)
  • Plan the various appointments according to the needs of the clientele
  • Carry out patient reminders for their check-ups
  • Participate in the development of continuous improvement processes
  • Any other related task

DO YOU HAVE THE RIGHT PROFILE?

  • Demonstrates patience, rigour and empathy
  • Needs no specific training. A positive attitude, a highly developed sense of teamwork, kindness, transparency and respect are elements that are much more important to us
  • Has work experiences that have allowed him to develop his customer service skills to contribute to the improvement of our department
  • Has a diploma of professional studies in secretarial work or any other relevant training
  • Has 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.
